$200-250/hour for individual mental health counseling, career counseling, and college success counseling.
$125/hour for clinical supervision; consultation billed at 15-minute increments.
I will collect your credit card information for billing before our first session. Your information will be kept on file and your card will be billed after each session.
There is an $100 fee for any missed appointments or appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before appointment.
Insurance Accepted: Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Cigna, First Choice Health, BridgeSpan, Kaiser Permanente (PPO Plans – not HMO), LifeWise, Premera, Regence, and Uniform (PEBB). Please email to inquire about other insurances not listed — it may be that I am credentialed with your carrier and it is billed differently.
Please know it is your responsibility to verify your mental health benefits, secure any pre-authorization, and understand your deductible and out of pocket expenses with your health insurance company.
